Silent Reading (about 10 minutes)
Time to check in with group from last day and get Myths x 3 work handed in (about 10 minutes). Choose partner/group-of-3 for Greek Myth Poster Project Look through library books to locate a myth you'd like to focus on for project. No two groups in a block will have the same myth. Criteria Sheet and more info next day. Silent Reading - Please make sure you have a book with you to read, or commit to one from the classroom shelves!
Greek Myths Intro (continued - Friday, Feb. 21) - Read through the rest of the handout and finish the questions for next class (Tuesday, Feb. 25th). 3 Myths Assignment - In groups of 3, read 3 myths. Share ideas with your group mates, and answer 4 questions (divided into 2 days). Review Plot Diagram. Greek Myths Assessment - Thursday, February 27th. If you were away on Thursday, you'll have received an email to please come in during Flex today (Monday) with your completed Greek Myths questions/worksheet.
